The New Year is upon us and that means lots of you are planning out hopelessly aspirational resolutions. But, if your resolution involves leaving your dead end job for a badass job with way cooler people, look no further than Field Ethos.

If you work hard enough and consistently accomplish your assigned tasks, we’ll learn your love language and positively reinforce your performance accordingly – unless your love language is physical touch, our lawyer was very clear with us on this.
Don’t even think about working remotely, like so many of your millennial and Gen Z comrades demand. Nope, you’re required to move to the north Georgia mountains and will work in a city with a population of around 2000 residents. But we’re here so it’s quickly becoming the most raucous scene in America. Strong work ethic, a team mentality and a great sense of humor are non-negotiable.
